Each class starts with a warm-up full of freestyling, stretching and conditioning guaranteed to get your heart pounding. Then we move into choreography set to today‘s groove-worthy jams which combines old and new school Hip Hop and adds in a touch of Latin, African, Modern, Swing, House, or whatever else is blowin’ up the dance floors today. All of this is wrapped in a package that promises to challenge even the most seasoned vets while still allowing complete beginners to get a solid and fun introduction to dance. Gymnasts at this level must have met the requirements for the intermediate level. Now that their skills have developed, strength has increased, focus has lengthened, and awareness has peaked, gymnasts will approach some of the most complex and intricate skills in recreational gymnastics!

Bring your children to the MBJCC for an all-inclusive, exciting and dynamic afternoon of fun! Our program offers a nurturing and enriching, quality After-School Program for Pre-K and elementary school-aged students. Children will be placed in age appropriate groups and enjoy activities including: Arts and Crafts, Playground, Supervised Homework Time, Sports, Swimming on Fridays, Gym, Games, Science, Cooking, Shabbat on Fridays, Judaic Activities and Holiday Celebrations. Also included is a choice of one Enrichment Class. *Only available for children registered for 5 days per week. *Fees are based on a ten-month payment plan (August-May). School and holiday closings are taken into consideration when After-School fees are developed. You must pay your monthly tuition by EFT or credit card. After-School fees are due regardless of absences. If your child's schedule changes, or if your child withdraws before the end of the school year, you must give the MBJCC two weeks written notice and a change fee may be applied.
